Dial calibration tester is generally used to calibrate the measurement accuracy of dial indicators, mechanical comparators, and electronic gauge heads. It is found in mechanical and industrial applications. In order to ensure precision, this product is often used to measure clearances, tolerance, and variation in tolerance of machined parts. In addition to this, the said device is designed to measure in vertical or horizontal positions. Dial calibration tester uses an incredibly sensitive arm that sweeps at an angle to collect accurate values. To get a precise readout on relative motion, it measures just how far the arm is moved sideways.
